Once an order is placed from showrooms, system will automatically check for availability of the item in warehouse. If item is not available in warehouse and needs to be ordered, system will automatically create a purchase order for the assigned supplier of the item. This input will be displayed on purchase manager diary as an unprocessed order. Once purchase manager processes the order, it appears on suppliers’ ordering manager’s dairy (An email will be sent to the suppliers’ ordering manager.
